Meet Caroline Preston,
Senior Manager, Social Policy and Development
Caroline is an outcome-focused international professional and systems thinker with over 15 years’ experience in both for-profit and not-for-profit fields in strategy and operations roles.
Caroline worked in London as a strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group before moving to World Vision where she worked as the Associate Director for Strategy in the UK then in Strategy Director and Advocacy Advisor roles in the Middle East and as Operations Director in Indonesia. In New Zealand as General Manager for Humanitarian Services at NZ Red Cross, she oversaw the Red Cross’ National and International programs, as well as serving as the co-chair of the Annual Tripartite Consultations on Resettlement.
Caroline has a passion to see the impacts of economic and social development benefiting all sectors of society.
Caroline holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from the Harvard Business School
